Geartrade.com set out to reinvent itself after decades of existence in the obscure corners of the online used gear market. I was fortunate enough to take part at this crucial stage, in which the company rebranded, completely overhauled its site design and copy, and launched a major content-driven campaign to expand its audience and its sales.

Not only did I have the honor of collaborating with their excellent marketing lead, Cynthia Yeo, on their strategy, voice, and content, but I continued to regularly write for Geartrade’s newsletter and blog for years after.

Geartrade grew exponentially in the years following the rebrand, with skyrocketing sales and excellent engagement with their newsletter and social media.
